Krystal Butler is the CEO and Founder of KBE Consulting LLC, a social media branding agency dedicated to helping female agri-preneurs show up online authentically. With a deep passion for storytelling and a firm belief in the power of personal branding, Krystal helps women in agriculture and the Western industries craft a brand that reflects their values, voice, and mission.
Connecting to Agriculture
While Krystal first found her way into agriculture through wanting to take control of her personal health through food sourcing due to a life impacting medical condition. Her passion quickly grew into active involvement in the industry. She quickly became joined community and networking groups within the industry, connecting with like-minded women offering guidance and support for her journey and passions.
Apparently God had a plan for her in placing Venessa Wood, CEO and Founder of Ag Women Connect, in her path. Through conversations and brain storming sessions, Krystal took over the social media side of the company so that Venessa could focus on working in her business not on it. As time passed and the company began to grow, Krystal was promoted to Chief of Operations for Ag Women Connect. She has played a pivotal role in expanding the organization's reach, helping it become the nation’s leading community for women in agriculture with chapters all over the US and more launching as membership continues to grow.
Today, she is chasing a dream and building a small cattle operation in Oklahoma alongside her husband as first generation ranchers. This firsthand experience allows her to deeply understand the challenges and opportunities that women in agriculture face, making her an even stronger advocate and strategist for her clients.
The Journey to KBE Consulting LLC
KBE Consulting LLC originally started as an operations consulting business, leveraging Krystal's 20 years of experience in operations. However, she quickly realized that while operations was what she knew, it wasn’t what she loved. Her true passion lay in helping women share their stories—stories that too often got lost in the noise of social media trends.
As she became more involved in the Agriculture and Western industries, she met countless women with powerful stories and businesses who were struggling to balance it all. That’s when KBE Consulting LLC was reborn, with a new mission: to help agri-preneurs build brands that focus on the person and the mission behind the business, rather than just the products or services they offer.
